fees passed onto the Tenant
When selecting your rental
property why not choose a property that you can move into
without having to pay administration fees or hidden charges
that are passed onto you by your letting agent. We
understand that when a tenant moves into a new rental
property the deposit and first months rent payable in
advance can be a large initial outlay. The last situation a
tenant wants to find themselves in is to have to pay
additional charges passed on by the letting agent.
Letting agents are not permitted by law in the UK to charge
any upfront fees whatsoever, however they are described -
admin fees, registration fees, viewing fees, processing fees
- no advanced fee is permitted. They can only charge fees
when they've secured accommodation for you.
